Work With The Woodlands School: Employers & Providers
At The Woodlands School, we are committed to preparing our students for adulthood. We work closely with employers, training providers, and community organisations to ensure students develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need for life, work, and further learning.
We know employers across the UK are concerned about skills gaps and the work-readiness of young people. Help us help you by supporting our students and shaping the next generation workforce.
Why Partner With Us?
Working with our school gives you the opportunity to:
- Inspire students and help them explore future careers
- Promote diversity and inclusion for young people with SEND
- Support your corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals
- Raise awareness of your sector and employer brand
- Develop the skills, attitudes, and confidence of future employees
Our careers programme aligns with the Gatsby Benchmarks, ensuring all student experiences are high quality, meaningful, and measurable.
